The 2011 Canning Lake Sailing Regatta was better than ever helped by all the participants and volunteers.  The skies were bright and the winds were fine.  Nine sailboats of various types came out vying for the grand trophy.  The breezes picked up from earlier in the morning making the two one lap races a great time for all.  Here is the story of the event told by some great pictures taken by Stewart and Alex Haake who also manned the committee boat.
